So to start with, I wouldn’t really call those luxury apartments. They are clean apartments in a nice location. I am very disappointed with the way those apartments are managed. I moved in March 25th and so far had two disappointing incidents. 1st one was when a stranger showed up at my houses door, opened my apartments door and was asking me when I moved in and that he can’t believe I moved in already. The management did change my apartment key but ignored the fact that this person had access to my building and said “there is nothing else they can do this time!!!!!!” Which was very unacceptable for me. The second incident was yesterday when I couldn’t find my Macy’s package in the small hallway of the main office where all the boxes and parcels are dumped although the status shows that the package was delivered to the office. I have been a Macy’s platinum card holder for five years now (which means I buy stuff from Macy’s worth more than 1500 every year) and I never ever lost a package before. I am not surprised that this happened because the main door of the office building is open and anyone from the street can access those packages. I want to be optimistic here and say that another resident took it by mistake which is ridiculous and again it is the management fault since all the packages for the entire community are dumped in 5 feet*5 feet area. For the high price we are paying to live in this community, we should get a better service!!!!!

I love the well kept areas. All staff from front desk , management and techs are great. if i ever have any sort of problem they are so efficient, which i seldom due.

This place has potential to be great. What it’s lacking is responsive communication. It’s going to take a lot for the rating to go from 3.7 star rating to outstanding. We’ve been working with one person the entire way through and the communication is lacking to the highest degree. I’ve worked in customer service as a young-in ( from Bestbuy , Apple , IT departments, etc . So now the first thing I pay attention to is how responsive a company is and if the company has follow through the entire way. I’ve had to email and then follow up with phone calls to get answers. Can you imagine when actual issues arise?! Don’t expect to get answers right away. I don’t think this place is a lost cause and the apartments are nice, but please don’t bank on the appearance of the apartment to make up for the lack of attentive customer service . We have decided to move in still because my spouse and I are not very neighborly anyway and my spouse loved the area. I’m not going to fight with her about the customer service. Also, I’m not sure if Maddie works the office alone. She seems to be piled in with work with little team help(From the Experience we’ve had ). Just keep in mind/don’t get mad if they don’t respond and you have to over communicate questions, concerns and your lease being sent over. Just keep in mind the apartments are nice and when the lack of communication continues give your spouse the “ I told you so “ (face ). Good Luck to us we did it to our selves. This review is subject to change if things get better and if I’ve been made out to be a total liar. Haha ( plus where is the follow through for the negative reviews on google ) smh I digress.

So expensive and small apartments. It is very overpriced.Will not move in and found a very nice place with very reasonable price.
