During a damp, cold snap my furnace refused to start. I called Ferguson and they sent Kelly out within 24 hours, at the time promised. After 40 minutes Kelly had my furnace firing and the house warming. He answered my questions and explained the repair was simple maintenance, and that I would only be charged the basic fee for a site visit. I don't know anything about furnaces. He could've messed around with my furnace for a couple hours, then charged me 500 and I wouldn't have known the difference. Honest, polite, fast, and reliable: what more can you ask for? In addition, he wore a mask and gloves, booties over his shoes, and he kept a social distance. I needed a new heating and air conditioning vendor, and I've found one. They will hear from me again.

Called in early morning for an AC repair. They were booked until the next afternoon (possibly longer if we got the expected rain), but said if they had a cancellation, they would call me. Lucky for me, I received a call a couple hours later and an appointment came open. The technician, Brandon was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained what may have caused it. We have had lots of power surges in the neighborhood lately. House is already cooling down nicely!
