Ordered curbside pick up. Super easy. Notified store by app, and process was completed in less than 2 minutes. BTW..this faucet with led light is fly!

The manger was angry because I needed my items rung up at customer service. I did not have my card so she had to look up. I told her I have problems with walking so it was to much to walk down to the register. There were to motor charts available. We went back and forth about me walking to another register. I said that is why I don't like campcreek. She told me not to come back. Home Depot has no problem looking up your account in customer service and checking you out.

I always get so confused here but (I wish I got his name), but he pointed me to the window film like he was pointing me around his home. Then he directed me to find the putty knives which were not in their section due to reshelving. He was a young black man. I approached him near the windows and doors. I spoke to 5 different employees that seemed as lost as me but this young man clearly knew his store. I wish that I had gotten his name but I hope you can use this to commend him on his unsurpassed customer service. People like him are so appreciated. I visited on 1/2 @ about 4:30p

There was nowhere near staff in the store as well I was shopping for TV mount and wire mgmt, and there was one box that was open, missing parts and nasty. I shop in town and there was a clear difference of stock availability in an area with plenty homes. This boils down to mgmt, and leadership. This store was a ghost town as well.
