TRUCK DRIVER REVIEW : I've delivered forklifts to this location twice now. Both times were great deliveries. The guys who help unload are friendly. It can be a little tight to back in but its definitely not the worst. Glad to see they put some more rock down to give another few feet of swinging room since the last time I was there. Last time I parked overnight on the side of thier driveway with no issues. UPDATE : Had another delivery there today (10/6/20) and just like last week. Simple and easy with nice people. Thanks again.

What a debacle! I ordered an adapter and a bucket from Eastern. They never gave me an expected lead time in spite of multiple phone calls and emails to the salesman. Then when the equipment showed up, the bucket didn't work with the adapter. So I contacted the salesman who promised he would pick up the bucket within 2 business days. He showed up a week and a half later with a pick-up truck that was too small to fit the bucket. He left the bucket in my parking lot and promised someone would be out the next day to pick it up. It's now two days later and I'm loading the bucket on my trailer and returning it myself. I've had Eastern service my forklift and material handler for the past year and have had good experience with that although they're slow on quoting service needs. Their service guys are good but the management and sales suck! If I ran my service and parts department like this, we'd run out of customers pretty damn quick!
