Huge bowl was the first thing I noticed. Very attentive service. Lots of menu items looked very appetizing, will have to try them next time.

Always good service. This is one of a very few places that serves Soba noodles in Orange County. After eating you can always take a walk to the next shopping center and see the Reptiles/Snakes etc.
Ebisu is a pretty solid place, it kinda feels like a cafeteria but the food is not bad. Came here for the ramen and the broth was solid, noodles weren't too soggy/hard either. Will come back for more! (:
I decided to check this place out as I had a craving for soba. I was not disappointed. I haven't found a lot of places around Fountain Valley where I can get good soba so you can imagine how happy I was to find this place. Very clean restaurant with a super friendly staff, too. Give it a try if you haven't already.
They have great soups and noodle dishes. It's a convenient location.
Best ramen place is so cal! Love the service and the food is even better!!! I drive here from Santa Barbara for the ramen! Absolutely love it!!!
