Very bad customer service. My wife did MRI at the center. She was told she would get the results the next day. We called the next day and the day after and waited on line for over an hour each time with no response. After 3 days, I went to the center and I was promised to get it on Friday. Of course it was a lie. It's been a week with no response. Even one star is generous. I can't blame anyone except myself because I saw the low rating before going there, but still I went. Shouldn't have done it.

Horrible service! Not recommended at all! Don’t waste your time or money! Go some where else. Dr. Quraishi radiologist didn’t completely read my MRI. Has been 2 weeks and can’t even get a complete reading. Didn’t even include very important structures. It takes an hour just to get someone to answer the phones. Horrible care and service!

Office hours on their door and recording when you call say they open at 8am. I arrived at 8 and their doors were closed. I’ve been waiting an hour and they have yet to open their office even after an employee arrived and went in through the front door.

this place should be closed.service stinks had to go back for mri cause they took wrong area and blamed my doctor took a month to get my mri results

My grandmother and I waited three hours to get an MRI. The office is outdated and the doctor treated his staff as if they weren't important. Priscilla from billing was extremely polite and was the only one that apologized for having to wait. She's the only one in that office that seemed to care.
