horrible ,rude, dont ever go near them i was canceled 2 appt ,i cant drive because of severe seizure,called at 11:45am today to confirm my exact appt time was told it was at 3:45pm ,then the receptionist told me i was marked as a no show ,didnt know by who or why if it was not even 12pm !! they \fit me in\ for a 1:15pm apt waited 2 hrs,khabaze comes in at 3pm tells me and gets mad why i havent gone doesnt even let me talk in the 3min shes in the room and leaves,i catch up to her in the hallway and tell her i had papers to be signed by her ,she said leave them there i dont have time ,i broke down and cried stayed in the room till i could get myself together. it hurted me been told she doesnt have time when i made family members lose days at work to be seen 3min ,i called her back to the room and talked to her she signed the papers in a horible way while i was trying to tell her my symptoms since she didnt let me talk before and answers \can you be quiete i need to concentrate\ i felt like trash a nobody an idiot for coming in and trusting her.

Horrible service bad staff the DR wont listen to what you have you say u wait 4 hrs to be seen for 5min with the DR and they bill ur insurance a huge amount for a simple visit STAY AWAY find anyone else to actually help u

Dr. Khabbazah is one of the most professional physicans that my husband and I have had the pleasure to be treated by. She is very patient and thorough and very knowledgeable. The best care my husband has had especially during these trying time. He has Parkinsons and is very pleased

Like many others I had almost a 3 hour wait time and doctor was rushed and rude. She blamed my symptoms in anxiety and brushed me off. Prescribed me migraine medication when really I needed an MRI which thankfully I will be getting after seeing another doctor. This doctor's office needs to be shut down. I'll be doing a formal complaint to Texas Attorney General's office and BBB.

Waited over 3 hours with a scheduled appointment to be seen. That is absolutely ridiculous and no one has time for that. Was referred by my neurosurgeon after having a major and rare back surgery. After the initial consultation I was told to get an MRI. Then was literally insulted by suggesting I was making up my symptoms and told to not get anxious and shake them off. I did not pay over 700 in test and dr’s visits to be insulted. It has taken me years to finally seek help because I don’t make big issues for myself. It’s sad that someone of such education and degrees could be so insensitive and lack proper judgment.
