Came to deliver , was told to wait The delivery is from 7:00 am to 12:00pm They unloaded flatbeds first even though i was here first i think is very unprofessional Why not consider making appoinments for dry van truckers instead. What i did like about this place is that they talk to you politely very nice people

I am only giving it 4 stars because the drivers who delivered my items were extremely helpful and nice. If that wasn't the case, I would have rated this Lowe's very low. I placed an online order to be delivered to my new home. The day it was scheduled to come in, I waited four hours (delivery window of 12-4) and nothing. I called and called and kept getting different answers from different people about my delivery. Someone late in the evening finally helped me and made arrangements to have it delivered as soon as they could. I got my delivery three days later but this was only because I had to aggressively keep calling the store to talk to them and remind them about my scheduled delivery. Again, I kept getting different answers but I did not give up until I made sure that my delivery would arrive. One important thing to note; DO NOT EVER bother talking to a MANAGER. In one of my many phone calls, I asked for the store manager and when they transferred me to him, he was very careless and only kept me on the phone for a few seconds and transferred me back to the delivery dept. Overall, I do not recommend shopping at this Lowe's store unless you want to feel lost and ignored. You are better off ordering or shopping at another Lowe's store.

They have such a great website.. looking for something...? Scroll and find and it will direct you to the aisle and even the bin number where yo'll find it. Great tool. They just need to work on their bins, the items are scrambled.

We bought a dishwasher on July 2020 online. We paid extra to have the new one installed and the old one removed on top of an extended 5 year warranty. Both Larry and Sam have given me the run around and promised to help me out... that was 2 months ago. Lupe at the appliance area was pretty green (novice) but he was alright. He did the very best he could to help me with the issue and even got help from another associate just to confirm he did it right. Carlos was the installer. He’s also a straight shooter in my book. Carlos had some Upper Respiratory Symptoms and was responsive enough to cancel the house visit until he was cleared. I hold that to the highest respect *takes hat off* PS still waiting for the delivery guys to take away the old dishwasher. Update: 12/22/2020 I paid a guy to come and remove the old dishwasher. Samuel was as useful as a used COVID-19 face mask. Went to get my money back refund and that was of no use. I don’t want a store card. I don’t want to spend any more of my money in that place.
