I give this place 0 stars! Doctor is just showing up for a check doesn't care about her job. She's was going to send my sister out the door with the wrong prescription. I asked my sister if she could see with the numbers she had put on her eyes she said no, the doctor only tried 2 different numbers on her eyes and she couldn't see, so the doctor put her back on the chair and tried 10 more different ones till she was able to see. If I didn't say anything she would have left blind still. No one go here. Optical Illusions on Nolana is waaaaaaaay better!!!

Usually I have a very pleasant experience here but today was absolutely horrible. A woman named Patsy G. assisted me. She was really cold and rude. She wasn't very helpful at all. Instead, I asked her if I could replace my lenses on my current pair of glasses..she took them to the back and comes back asking how long did you have those glasses? I answered one year, to which she replied, \because they broke.\ No apology, not even a pinch of responsibility taken. Just \THEY BROKE\. Then she tells me my glasses are no longer under warranty and I would have to pay for a new pair plus the cost of the new lenses. Are you kidding me? YOU BROKE MY GLASSES, YOU SHOULD PAY FOR MY NEW PAIR! I am so outraged and disappointed with my experience. I do not recommend this location to anyone. In fact, avoid if you can. Especially if Patsy is on the clock.
