Dealing with one of the parts employee, specifically David, was a pleasure. Very nice guy offering superb customer service. If anyone in the Edison area (or close vicinity) has a sportier Lexus and needs new shocks, look no further. I opted for F-Sport shocks to replace the OEM Tokico shocks on my IS350 AWD. After installation, handling is better compared to getting the car first out the door. The quality part is made by Bilstein and licensed by F-Sport. Wish this dealership had an online parts site established like Lexus of Queens or Lexus of Princeton. Still, prices are comparable and local pickup gives you a chance to check the dealership out.
