Be advised, they're making people wait up to three hours in the parking lot just to renew a non-compliance drivers license (not real ID). If yours is expiring, you're better off attempting to do it online. They just give you an attitude as if you should be happy they're \working you in.

I tried calling to schedule an appointment. The email was friendly, the call was not. The lady I spoke to was very unclear about the Real ID. I found better answers on Google.
The customer service here is terrible. The women here are very rude. The woman with the reddish hair is very nice. So if you go in there just go to her if you can. If she’s not there walk out. Maybe they were just having a bad day idk. I went up there twice to get a license. The first time they told me their system was shut down when there was literally a woman getting her picture taken. The next day they said they had too many people. They stop doing pictures 15 minutes before close, so if I get there 15 minutes before close I feel I should be able to get my license. I will never be going back there again. I hate being negative, but they just are not very nice people.
Helped me get my new title registered through the drive-thru. Never had to get out of my car. Nice people.
Rudest staff I’ve ever felt with not helpful at all will definitely not recommend anyone
