Mr. Boyd of the service dept was extremely nice ! The facility to the lobby is clean, spacious and comfortable. The outside seating is nice. But, recommend maybe a table or something close to the bench to place drinks. Over all I rate Mitsubishi 5 stars

My husband bought a car here a few weeks ago. Harland was our sales person and he was amazing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy like a lot of car salesman are. He was helpful and made our experience amazing. We have had to deal with some other people in office such as Bob, Annie and I believe Monica. They all have great customer service skills and dealt with our situation with great ease. It has definitely been a great experience dealing with Mitsubishi of El Cajon. We would definitely recommend them.
