Driving this morning to work on a project, I Googled \flower shops near me\ as I needed an arrangement. I knew nothing of this place, I live 50 miles away but I stopped in & was greeted by a sweet lady (Linda). I told her what I was in need of. She pulled out a few pieces, one that really caught my eye but I thought it could use just a little something extra. She was eager to assist me & I walked out feeling this was EXACTLY what I was looking for! I was So Pleased with the final project I took pics & just had to stop in & show her on my way home! I will definitely be using this place again even 50 miles away. Thank You & God bless!

Linda was lots of help. Took good care of me, even called me after she contacted the other flowershop. That was sending flowers to the funeral home

We ordered flowers for a funeral. We went in to talk to them not knowing exactly what we wanted. We showed them a picture we liked. We were hoping to get a smaller version of this and they told us they could do this. We asked about how many carnations we could get and were informed we could get 12 carnations with filled to make it look full. On the day of they funeral we saw our flowers. TWO WORDS COME TO MIND DISAPPOINTMENT AND EMBARRASSING. IT HAD 7 FLOWERS NOT 12. Shoot if they would have done 6 it would have been half what we were told. There were minimal fillers. It looked cheap. The arrangement was poor quality. I called them with my concerns. All I got was I'm sorry. They should have offered a discount or another option but no. Will never go back.

I ordered two arrangements online for Mother's Day for my grandma and mom who live in the area. The next day I receive an email saying the flowers were delivered. When I called my family to see how they liked them I was told they had to go and pick them up. Confused, I called the florist (who never gave me her name) and asked what happened and the woman told me they can't deliver that far out. I was confused since they have the same zip code as the florist's shop and when I pointed that out the woman argued with me and said they don't live in the same city. Again, I pointed out what the address was and she got aggressive with me saying they simply won't deliver them. So I asked for them to refund the delivery fee at the least since the didn't deliver anything which she said was fine and that it would go back on my card. She never took my information down. I asked her to revise the website to show they don't deliver to all areas specified on website and she continued to cut me off and told me she was too stressed out to deal with me and asked why I was doing this. I simply pointed out that it was wrong for my mother to have to pick up her own Mother's Day gift and would she be okay with her own mother having to get her own gift and that's when she hung up on me. I will never again order use their services.

I am utterly disappointed!!!! I ordered flowers and a teddy bear to be delivered to the school for my daughters Birthday. The woman who took the order assured me they would be delivered since the school was only a few blocks away. Initially I was nervous due to the reviews... but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. The birthday came and went... no flowers were delivered?! The woman had never once tried to contact me. Needless to say I was furious. They promised to deliver them the next day for 1/2 price... and would you know?! They STILL didn’t deliver them! I mean, come on!!! My daughter had to go to the flower shop and pick up the bear and flowers. That defeats the purpose completely. Thank you so much All Occasion Floral for ruining my present to my daughter. This is unforgivable.
