NOT HAPPY with Home Depot in El Dorado and would give zero stars if I could! Looked up a washer on their website, showed they had it in stock and my wife went down to pick one up, as ours started leaking out the bottom and we were without a washer! She got down there and they had one, but wouldn't sell it to her! She was told she had to order it and it will ship to our house. I called back down when she got home and after talking to Store Manager (Courtney) was advised they don't stock the appliances, just have one for display purpose and you have to order, then will drop ship from manufacturer! So if you need an appliance right away, you're out of luck as far as Home Depot in El Dorado is concerned! WHAT HAPPENED TO ACTUALLY HAVING THE PRODUCT YOU'RE SELLING? If I wanted to order on line, I would have done so from home, instead of wasting an 80 mile round trip drive! I canceled order and will go elsewhere from now on! When we built our new house 7 years ago, we bought all of our appliances from this same store (as well as many, many other items) and they had everything in stock. Now they are essentially acting as a middleman, without having to handle or deal with the product and collecting a profit off it! They want to make money off of you, but don't want to invest in any product to do so! Sad that it has gotten to this point in retail box stores!
