I look forward to each session and sincerely enjoy his guidance. Paul works with Total Health Dental Care guiding dentists, patients and staff through meditation and yoga. Paul is a wonderful meditation guide - very gentle, easygoing, and authentic. He makes meditation feel very approachable and mellow, and helps you gently let go of the angst of "I'm not doing it right!", and makes it something anyone can embrace. After just a few week course and continuing my practice, I'm finding significant benefits in terms of increased calm, clearer perception, and a more balanced feeling of being in the world. Very positive, and I'm still just getting started!
