I can't say enough about how great Electropolish is. - I am in sales for a company in the greater Dayton area. We hit a rough patch with a supplier, and needed many of our parts powder coated for our customer. The day this happened I stumbled upon Electropolish. I reached out via e-mail and phone, and the responsiveness I got was second to none. We got our drawings over to them and we received a quote incredibly fast. We actually were able to get our parts to them the same day as well. They coated them for us just as we requested, and communicated with us every step of the way. My only regret is that we are not currently using them as an ongoing supplier due to contracts with others. They will be the first on our list for our next project though.
