Ok let's see well this new administrator doesn't keep the promise before The other Administrator like David said that we had to wait until December so that we can get Wow Cable and all the promise that they make to us is never honor and I believe that all of just taking and pocketing the money they say they want to get money t to activities so we can do things I won't believe anything the Administrator say or to trust them they had lie to us before why trust them at all the just like to lie to us and keep lying so we just shut up but people like me and other that are soundmind keep asking the same question and she and everybody else just like to ignore us just like corporate and I would like to say if any thing happens to me or I get sent to the hospital and tride to keep me from using my cell phone cause they have try but I also have a Satlie phone as well I have sent a copy of this. WONDERFULLY!!! RESOLVED.... I MUST SAY... I AM LEAVING THE PRIOR REVIEW UP ONLY AS A EXAMPLE TO MAKE REFERENCE TO HOW A COMPANY DIRECTOR CAN BE MADE AWARE OF AN ISSUE, AND IMMEDIATELY... ADDRESSED THE PROBLEM I WAS HAVING, WITHIN THE FACILITY.HIS NAME IS MR JIM LOYD , SOME WHERE THERE WAS A COMMUNICATION BREAKDOWN.... AND HE WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUES I WAS HAVING,AS SOON AS HE WAS MADE AWARE OF THE SITUATION, HE IMMEDIATELY... TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING THAT I NEEDED. AND I AM PLEASED TO SAY.. I CAN HEAL WITHOUT WORRIES... THANK YOU MR JIM. DON'T PUT YOUR FAMILY HERE....The Quality of Care Here is HORRIBLE!! ALL THEY ARE CONCERNED ABOUT IS YOUR MONEY, AND WHAT YOUR INSURANCE PAYS THE ROOMS ARE LIKE SMALL CLOSETS AND THEY CRAM 2 PEOPLE IN THEM THEY HAVE POOR VENTILATION... IN THE ROOMS THEY WERE GOING TO PUT ME IN SO I REFUSED TO GO IN THEM I NEED A HOSPITAL BED AND THEY WOULD NOT SUPPLY IT, I SLEPT SITTING UP IN MY WHEELCHAIR AND MY FEET UP. THE SOCIAL WORKERS HARRASED ME THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS THERE ABOUT MOVING IN TO ONE OF THOSE CRAMMED ROOMS THE FOOD WAS NASTY AND WHAT FOOD WAS GOOD I ONLY GOT A HANDFULL OF, I WAS ALWAYS HUNGRY. I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE I WOULD HEAR OTHER RESIDENTS COMPLAIN ABOUT BEING HUNGRY!!! THEY DON'T DESERVE 1 STAR.
