Outstanding service. I am not a Harley enthusiast per se, and was on an authentication/fact finding mission regarding some saddlebags that I had obtained. All of the staff was very friendly, and the gentleman at the parts counter that spent a few minutes with me to discuss what I had was very friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward about my options. He gave me some great advice and some contact information that may come in very handy in the near future. Should I ever need to do any business regarding Harley-Davidson accessories, I would not hesitate to go inside Hoosier Harley-Davidson's storefront for inquires. As a reseller, this is golden, and I may not shy away from Harley gear in the future now that I feel comfortable with the folks at Hoosier.

Awesome service across the board! Took my bike in for service Andy did an awesome job letting me know what was needed to get the bike right, and was very knowledgeable about the repairs. Israel at the parts counter did a super job helping me figure out and find the parts I needed/wanted to make my bike mine! My bike needed a lot and was there for over a week, and the communication from the both of guys was top notch! They always made me feel like a friend! Hoosier is the right spot if you need anything!
