I am not one to leave reviews but given the quality of work, the response time and the attitude of the Trinity Organization I feel compelled to. I don't know all of the technical terms when it comes to fireplaces but to cut to the chase, I needed a company to restore my non-working fireplace to a working fireplace. Josh, one of the owners walked me through all of my options including as well as explaining all of the technical terms. I considered a number of companies but landed on Trinity because of their overall knowledge and the ability to explain to me all of the issues I had and how they could rectify them. I am incredibly happy with the team who worked on my fireplace. They were professional, on time, clean and respectful. They also provided a post completion tutorial on how to use my new fireplace. I would absolutely recommend Trinity Chimmeny Service to my family and neighbors. They were truly awesome.

Last year we had a leaking chimney lining that caused a carbon monoxide scare in our 60 year home. Trinity lined both our utility exhaust and fireplace flues with stainless piping and also installed an Ahren fireplace insert to bring our house up to current building codes and keep our family safe. They did clean and high quality work and we were very pleased with our service.
Trinity came out and replaced our chimney chase cover and since the cap was not made any longer Jeremy cleaned and spray painted it. He was very nice and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. He took pictures to show us what it looked like and what would be done. Looks great; happy with the job done. Josh, his brother and the rest of the Trinity team did an excellent job helping us make our fireplace dreams a reality. We were first time home buyers and our fireplace needed a LOT of work to fix it up and make it safe to use. We got several quotes and Trinity was the only company who could make it happen for us and on top of that offered a reasonable price. They were able to basically overhaul our whole fireplace/chimney and provided us with the Ahren-fire system so that we could remove the woodstove we hated (that was also improperly installed). They were meticulous about their workmanship and took every precaution making us feel at ease during this pandemic. I can't say enough about how helpful they have been answering all of our questions and really taking the time to educate us. It's finally cold enough to use our fireplace and we ended up having some issues with a downdraft. They were extremely responsive, diagnosed our issue and helped us figure out a solution. As a bonus they are very nice guys and a pleasure to work with. We will certainly continue to work with them for our chimney cleaning needs going forward. You guys are the best. Thank you!!
