We had Roger do our home inspection and as first-time homebuyers, we have nothing but good things to say about our experience. He was friendly and relaxed, but very thorough and direct in the way he walked us through what repairs might be needed. Would recommend their services to a friend or family member.

I never would have thought I would be so pleased with a home inspection. If you read the other reviews please believe the hype. Rob McConnell was our inspector. First of all he is so kind and knowledgeable. He is like if Mr. Rogers did home inspection. He was friendly and thorough. He explained everything so well that he answered my questions before I could ask. He really took his time and inspected every nook and cranny of the home. He made sure to explain each finding regardless of how minor it was, as well as what we could do to remedy it. He made sure to let us know that we are welcome to call for any questions we might have even after the final purchase and he’d be happy to answer them. As first time home buyers, we couldn’t appreciate that more. As and added bonus, he had the report completed within hours. That is tremendous as we are under a time constraint. If you need a home inspection, use them! As far as price, it was about 40-50 more than other companies when I shopped around. But it’s worth every penny. some things you just can’t cut costs with and this is one of them. This is A1 customer service from the person answering the phone to the inspector.
We were very pleased. Scheduling was flexible & seamless. Our inspector was punctual, thorough & professional. We were impressed with how quickly we received a detailed report after the home inspection. We only had one question on the report & our inspector got back to us quickly with a detailed explanation. We will definitely use 4U Inspection Services in our next real estate transaction!
Dave did both home inspections for the 2 contracts I put in and he was AMAZING! Very thorough and knew his job. 4U Inspection Services I would highly recommend to anyone. They did a fantastic job and I feel at ease knowing they caught all the issues.
