This is the worst rental company I have experienced. The cabin had missing basic amenities. I booked the property for the hot tub which never worked nor did anyone care to fix it.They spoiled my vacation. The toilet was super dirty. There was no trashcan in the washroom. It felt like I was in a public washroom. The hot tub was dirty, had leaves inside, the parts of hot tub was separated, there was no instructions on how to run the hot tub and it was not working. The Vacasa team member told me there will be a firewood provided which was never provided as well. I had to wait more than 60 minutes each time I wanted to get in touch with the customer care and even after reaching out twice, no one cared to call back or come to fix the problems. And BEWARE!! There was also a probable bed bug infestation in the unit since we noticed bites just after returning back from the trip.

Pleasant and charming! This is a very nice cabin! The view of the mountains is great, from the vast picture windows, the hot tub, or the swing near the fire pit. We really enjoyed our stay!

This company is horrible! They have a lot of great homes to rent. But, when I see a home is managed by Vacasa, I bypass it. You should read the numerous complaints filed with the BBB about them! My experience is I rented a home from them on VRBO. It clearly stated that I could cancel up to 60 days prior for a 100% refund, but it had to be in writing. I tried to cancel almost 90 days prior by emailing them and messaging them via VRBO and no one would ever respond. I tried calling numerous times and could never talk to a real person. By this time, it was getting close to the 60 day deadline. Luckily, I took screen shots of all emails and messaging and finally threatened to dispute it with my credit card. When I told them I had proof of me trying to cancel and that I would forward those screen shots to my credit card company, they finally responded. They then offered me a credit to be used within 15 months. The agreement clearly stated I would get a REFUND, not a credit. After again telling them I was going to dispute it, they FINALLY gave me the refund. In my opinion, this company is shady. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them!

I am beyond disappointed in this company Their homes look amazing ,trying to contact host , her number is not a working number ,trying to locate home , adress does not exist, trying to texting her on the site , she just does not respond and I mean after several attempts ...NOTHING!!....I will never rent from them ever !!

The booking of our cabin was effortless and the cabin is so well thought out! It’s stocked with everything you can imagine and very pet friendly!! Our dogs LOVED the ramp from the porch down to the spacious fenced yard. The beds were super comfortable and the hot tub was AMAZING!!! We didn’t leave once we checked in and thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the kitchen which was stocked with every utensil and appliance you could need!! There’s also a game and movie library with something for everyone. Our dogs had so much fun they’re kinda depressed now that we’re back home on our farm....so we’ve promised to take them back! They enjoyed it as much as we did. This place deserves 10 stars! If you’re lucky that it’s available on the days you’re wanting to go then don’t waste a second and book it!!
