Went in March 2, 2021 everything went great they took my money told me financing we be easy and fast. I had all paperwork need for the loan to them the next day.. Then my wife had to call and text to get them to get ahold of the finance companies and then when they called her back they would make her feel uncomfortable. The communication to me stopped and they wanted to deal with her, that was fine until mid March they stopped calling and texting her and have not returned any communication. I asked for my money back and it has been over the allotted 15 days. They are friendly and out going until they get your down payment and then it goes down hill. I like the styles of their homes but my business is going elsewhere.

This is a great team with amazing resources and knowledge, my salesman, Issac was able to give me all of the information I needed with a great attitude and determination. I highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a manufactured home, they will do whatever they can to get you into a home!
The place is a complete joke! Went in today and none of the staff was wearing a mask! Our sales guy was totally unprofessional, asking a bunch of personal questions that have nothing to do with buying a home! In the end when we told him our budget he came back with a key...... telling us..... to go look around on our own!!!!! And said he couldn’t help us!!!!! WDF!! Do not recommend anyone going to this place!!!

I purchased a single wide from Tony at Titan. At first my wife and I were not certain if we could be approved for anything at all, but were we pleasantly surprised after spending a couple of hours with Brandon, our sales rep, and Tony further helping as the GM. We ended up with a lovely 16x76 that ended up being right within our payment range. They folks at Titan really helped us each step of the way so it was more of a fun adventure rather than a nightmare. I recommend Brandon and Tony to anyone who is considering a manufactured home. Because of them I tell everyone proudly - I AM A HOME OWNER!!!
Very disappointed in the overall outcome, took my business and a referred friend elsewhere after the experience. Great start, friendly and attentiveness while picking out a home and details for it. Once we found it and put money down, that's when it came to a complete halt. Communication was poor with the search for land, never got an email or phone call. WE were the actual ones who found land instead of Titan. Still didn't receive communication from the land inspections and rates. Once decided to leave and request our refund of money down, it took 2 1/2 weeks of texting and calling! Needless to say, we will never refer anyone to this place again.
