I had an excellent experience calling the consulate and embassy. They promptly returned my call and gave very concise information, the representative of the embassy was very friendly and answered all my questions and even offered additional info to make sure I had what I needed to make an informed decision! I appreciate you!!

The service is generally a ok, but there are some very rude and disrespectful workers / managers who make this a terrible place to visit. A good customer service is a novel concept to them. Can’t believe these rude ones aren’t replaced yet. Bottom line, they are poorly representing South Korea.

Very positive experience. Answered immediately. Called the Embassy today after a long frustrating day full of calling people after another, and the recipient was extremely helpful and patient with me, and walked me through everything. Even after walking me through all my questions, he provided me with extra information. This is not just some office job for him, he was extremely interested in helping me throughly. 6/5 stars, the front desk recipient is very helpful. Very impressed.
