I have been bringing my designer heels here for years to replace the taps and repair shaft damage. However, this visit the owner was VERY rude after an exchange about the color of a replacement tap (which I had no preference). He proceeded to tell me that I never got these taps repaired at his shop when I don’t go anywhere else for this service. After his nasty exchange, which really shocked me, I decided to not do business here anymore. Shame because I’m rough on shoes and this is a staple service in my lifestyle!

I could not be happier with how my boot repair turned out. He was able to bring my boots back from the brink and make them look and FEEL brand new! If you want excellent craftsmanship and a fair price, Embassy Shoe Repair is your destination. I will definitely be a repeat customer for all my shoe repair needs!

Quick and efficient - just great work. Soft- spoken and friendly owner.

I asked whether the lifted heel on my boot could be glued back. The owner said that it could. I was ready to leave it until he said that it would cost 10 to glue it back down. I thought about it and said that I thought 10 was a bit rich for a little bit of glue. He responded by waving goodbye in my face. Someone else in his position who wouldn't reduce his price might have at very least said \That's my price. I don't negotiate\ or something similar. I might have even agreed to have him perform the work at his price had he engaged in a verbal exchange rather than be so incredibly rude and disrespectful. I feel sorry for him. I bought some glue and fixed it myself.
