Very poor service! I was rescheduled twice after changing my work schedule to make certain I would be available for the instillation, I was called the evening before instillation. I am having carpet ripped up and replaced at my business and can't open for business until the carpet is installed which is costing me more money. When I called to cancel the order they threw a 25% fee of the total cost of the project in my face which apparently was in the contract I signed. Never will I deal with Empire ever again!!

Worst service ever. Having paid 8000 for wood flooring I would have hoped for better. They arrived at 10:30 and informed me that they came from Chicago and it was raining and they were going to have t leave early. Their were two men but it appeared only one knew what to do. They were in and out of the bathroom multiple times and on their cellphones. While on the phone work stopped
Employees of empire today came into my house & told me the tile I had was not going to work for them & already had ripped up part of my carpet. After I tried getting my money back the employees of the company lied & said I didn’t want the job done anymore & that’s why they left. Ive had my whole living room set sitting in my kitchen for the past 3 days waiting for this to be done & I successfully got ahold of a manger after trying SEVERAL numbers to get my money back. Horrible people for this job, would not recommend.
Terrible business, no shows appt when scheduled then sends out non English speaking employees who says doesn't know how to do stairs and leaves. Then won't return money or reschedule work!
Expensive for carpeting. Home depot couldve done it much cheaper.
very poor service, sold a product installers came out told me it could not be installed on our floor and left. Customer service was no help on guidance, said they would forward my information to have the sale rep call me or the sale manager. Neither called to see if there was another product that could be installed.
