Debbie was the BEST! She patiently answered my questions over the phone when I placed the order...and then when the flowers were supposed to be delivered the next day, she called and let me know there was a problem with the address. I gave her the wrong digits (oops). They quickly straightened out everything and my mom was so excited to get the beautiful bouquet of roses and lilies. Enchanted Florist will forever be my florist when I need to send flowers to my mom and anywhere in the Houston area. Thank you ladies so much for your help!

I attempted to order flowers from this location and needed it asap. I get an email the day the flowers are to be delivered that states my order has been refunded. So then I call and ask why, and I’m told that they are out of the particular flowers I ordered (why isn’t the website updated *shrugs*). Then I’m told that an email was sent 30 mins after my order was placed asking if I wanted to change my order or cancel. Issue here is that the email went to my spam (not their fault) however, my contact PHONE NUMBER was on the order twice! Seems to me a change that significant would be best handled through a phone call, not an email. Anyway, when I asked the lady on the other end what could be done to salvage the situation, she said I could order different flowers, but when I asked how would I know if they were actually in stock to avoid another fiasco, I was told I could call back up there to confirm the flowers availability...yeah naw thanks. Went elsewhere \u003e:-/

So many stores have been closed because of Covid, but even though I wasn't able to go in and order, Enchanted Florist created me a beautiful bouquet of roses and orchids and I was able to pick it up the day I arrived in Pasadena. They even brought it to my car. I love the service you get when you shop local.
