Dr. Long is amazing. She is very attentive and takes the time to explain what I was/am experiencing with the procedures I have undergone. I am at a loss for words on how to express my deepest gratitude to her for getting me through this last year. To further my comments... the PT group, check in and check out staff are also a pleasure as well.

Did not give the opportunity to ask questions. Felt rushed. Felt like just another patient. Was cut off during back and forth conversation multiple times. Was spoken to in a terse, non-emotional, impatient sort of way. Although, maybe this doctor was having a bad day.

Dr. Long has taken the time to really look at my affected knee, look at the history of procedures already performed, and came up with a plan that had me in mind. She provided options, gave her recommendations and let me decide. She's always taken the time to listen and answer all my questions, and believe me there were quite a few! I've been a few places around both Pittsburgh and Central PA for my knee, and she's the only one that wasn't cut happy and had my long term results in mind. I highly recommend Dr. Long and the LOG group. The support staff are top notch as well!
