The guys in the shop were awesome! We came in on short notice for a tube replacement. They had us in/out and back on the MTB trail in no time. They also have us great trail suggestions and a detailed custom trail guide that they give out in the shop. They had a nice supply of parts and cycling equipment in stock. The two gentlemen running the shop were as nice and helpful as anyone could ask for - great people and great shop!

These guys are AWESOME!!! For someone who is very indecisive and new to the biking world, I was pretty nervous to purchase a brand new bike. Over the process of a few days (on my part of being indecisive) Allen and gang spent several hours helping me find the perfect deal. They are so kind, patient and HONEST. I can't wait to get my bike! :)

I had a front derailleur problem that I couldn't figure out and a race the next day. The Epic guys fixed me up in, literally, one minute. First class mechanic and darn nice guy. The shop is wonderful and Black Mountain is the place to be. BTW I did very well in my race thanks to Epic.

Excellent customer service. I bought my first personal mountain bike here and I was helped the whole way through the shopping experience to find the perfect starter bike for my riding style. I went and rode for a few days and ended up breaking the derailleur on the bike... I brought it in early in the morning and they fixed it by the end of the day free of charge... and not to mention that they replaced the part with an upgraded version of the derailleur. I was super impressed with the customer service and friendliness of the staff. Definitely would recommend.

This is one of the best bike shops I have ever been. The owner and staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. They really saved me and fixed my bike the day before ORAMM the first time I entered. I came back to the store the following year just to say hi and look around. The owner remember me and my family. If you need anything bike related check this place out.
