The sales workers were great to work with. The only problem I have is the parts accountability. I flat lost money on this transaction. I bought a cat part from them, and it did not work. This is not unheard of, but, when I took it back, I was given a slight run around. I would have to drive out to machine again. Get the hrs, and fill out paperwork, then take it back. Then they would send it in to have it checked. Then a determination would be made. Instead, I ordered a patron line, it came in, in 2 days, when out, installed and it is now running. If it did not work, they would have sent me a box with a shipping label. I hate to say it. Because I would much rather deal with someone in person, but, in this case, I will go with someone else for cat forklift parts. And I still have the part I bought from them.

Beware of MR Ramirez at the parts counter, his customer service skills need to be sharpened up, he couldn’t great me, made me wait 5 or 10 mins until I finally asked him , Am I at the right place to pick up parts!!! Then he couldn’t even bag up the 4 quarts of hydraulic fluid I was purchasing . Upper management needs to pull this guy to side and sharpen his people skills as well as his customer service skills, I won’t be recommending anyone to shop here
