I had something extremely minor and they gently fixed for free. I also bought my bike here years ago and they always treat you so well. Highly recommend Erik’s bike shop!

I like Specialized bikes, but I've had bad experiences with Eriks. Their free tuneups are BAD. I've had to take it back to tune up their tune up and even then they didn't get it right. Also they try to sell you ill fitting bikes. I should be on a 44 cm or 48 cm. They tried to sell me a 51 cm--insisting it was the right size when I told them I thought it was too big. Even their 48 cm turned out to be rather large and I had to purchase new handlebars and a shorter stem to make it fit right. And thing is, the Specialized site has a sizing app that has you measure then recommends the size. Even Erik's site has sizing information so WHY don't the salespeople even look at that. It's probably the most important aspect of buying a bike. I wish I would have seen that BEFORE I bought my bike.
The manager was super helpful with a warranty issue. Specialized, eh not so helpful but this shop is great.
These dudes are beasts, especially the tall blonde guy (not sure his name) but he's super knowledgeable and friendly. He's helped me multiple times and they're always very fast with repairs. Would recommend!
GREAT Place! Incredible staff, has about every bike you could want and more, and is a great vibe. The store is 2 floors and the second floor has 100 bikes alone. Cant say enough great things about this store. Also, cheap place to get skis and snowboards sharpened and waxed.
