Absolutely phenomenal lounge. Tranquil, quiet, aesthetic, clean, friendly, welcoming, calming. I have been numerous times and always find it top-notch, but my visit last Sunday (4/25/21) went above their already-excellent service. The attendant on duty Mirna could not have provided better service to myself, my partner and all the other guests visiting. I have never encountered such personal service, and commitment to hospitality. This lounge makes you want to arrive early for your flight.

We had about twenty minutes before our flight and stopped in for a snack. Veronica was so friendly and kind. Jacob from the kitchen provided me cookies for my trip with a Happy Birthday message since we said it was my birthday! This crew made my birthday celebration the perfect beginning! After dealing with the past year of no travel this team made it the perfect start of our summer travel. I feel spoiled and very happy!
Guys, this was great! The service was excellent and the staff were all super friendly, kind, helpful. The food was tasty and the variety was sufficient. The space was well appointed and comfortable. The lounge wasn’t crowded. It was calm and relaxing. There’s not a lot signage and I only saw an ad for the terminal 2 lounge even though we were in terminal 4. Overall, I’d recommend this place as a nice retreat before a flight.
Veronica greeted and waited on us. She was great, offering suggestions on food options. Definitely would visit again.
I’ve been to about 5 or 6 escape lounges and this was by bar the best in customer service. Mirna was sweet and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend coming here.
Toni and Maria were very helpful in making my flight delays (several in the same day) more bearable. They were polite, curious and attentive to my every need. Way to Go, Ladies!

Wow did not expect a place this posh in ONT. AMEX Platinum gets you in among other ways. Super tidy, great food and coffee. Superior service staff.
