From the moment I stepped into the doors at Pacific Sales, I could sense that Bryan was honest and had my best interests in mind always. As a 10 year career plumber, who has always been in the customer service industry, it is truly refreshing to know that there are special people out there who are reliable and caring. In my line of work it is easy to pull something off of the shelf at a big box store or order something on prime that is quality and cost affective. But when I went into Pacific Sales I found more top tier options than anywhere else. Joanna is the best. We purchased new kitchen appliances, all but the fridge. The experience was great. PS has a lot to offer. We did have an issue with the range which required multiple services call to try and resolve the issue. Joanna was constantly following up on our repair progress. Unfortunately, the problem was not corrected, UNTIL Joanna got involved. Within a day of telling her the range was a lemon, Joanna elevated the issue and now the manufacturer is sending us an upgraded model. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

It's a more personal experience. Home style feel. The employees will help you dream and come up with bathroom/kitchen ideas. The prices are aggressive if not better than big box home Improvement stores. The quality of products are beyond what's out there. On the Appliance side. The employees do try there best to get you the best of the best with alot of them having over 20 plus years in the business. It's not the same service from your typical hardware store. Many people don't know they sell plumbing and kitchen fixtures , sinks, disposals etc. It's distributor grade, not the typical hardware grade. Meaning much more Brass and a lot less plating. The store carries the higher end appliances. Viking, Thermador, Wolf, Mele. On the plumbing side they have Graff , Newport Brass, Waterstone etc.
