This Lowe's is the best. The employees are so helpful. Especially Colton. Every time we are there, he's gone above and beyond and he's very knowledgeable. My daughter and I are new to woodworking and the tools needed so his advice has been so valuable. We've built so many things... shelves, tables, bookshelves, work benches. If Lowe's reads this... y'all need to give that boy a raise !

I think one star is too good a rating. First I’ll start by saying that we usually order from the Lowe’s at South Lake curbside. This time two of our items were missing so they transfer them to the Euless location, we got there and waited about 30 minutes, after waiting My husband called to check on the status of our order, we were told it was ready and someone would be out to deliver it soon. 30 minutes passed and I called again this lady that didn’t give me a name in costumer service told me that there was no one working curbside pick up so I had to go inside to get my order, when I mentioned that we were told someone would bring it out she said oh let me check your order without asking for my order number, she proceeded to put me on hold for about 10 minutes. I hung up and called again and the same nameless lady answered and now she asked for my order number because apparently the guy from curbside pickup couldn’t be found and they didn’t know where my order had gone, she again put me on hold and after about 6 minutes still on hold some lady finally came to deliver our order to our car! I don’t recommend shopping here!

Good selection of items, typically well stocked. Unfortunately they rarely have any cashiers, instead you join 25 others waiting for a self checkout (at least 1 of the 4 are not operable) Usually the self checkout attendant will attempt to use her register to assist; however, it actually slows the process down because now there's no one to assist/tend to the self checkouts. Meanwhile 5 associates pass you by, ignoring the line. There should always be, at minimum one cashier plus the self checkouts available.

Great prices due to Labor Day. Jim helped us check the availability of a washer and dryer set and we went to the store to make the purchase. Great customer service throughout the whole visit.
