Made an appointment to get my car looked at on Thursday July 12 at 3:45. Talked to the guy for half an hour while he kept telling me my warrenty was expired and I would have to pay over 100 just to get my car looked at. He finally realized it was under warrenty and told me if I didn't have my car in 24 hours then they would give me a rental car for free. I called Friday afternoon to check on it because they never contacted me. I was transferred to multiple people who all told me they had no clue what was going on with my car. I asked for a rental because it had been over 24 hours and they told me they didn't have any and I would have to pay for one. I called back today, Saturday, and they told me nobody had even looked at my car yet and they were really busy. That's why I made an APPOINTMENT. I had to call multiple times today just to talk to someone who actually tried to find out what was going on, but my car has still not been touched. I was pretty much told that if I didn't like it to just come get my car and take it somewhere else. I asked for a rental car again and they hung up on me.

Terrible service!! We had our transmission service on 28 Dec 11, one week later we were stuck in the middle of nowhere on a side road with four hungry boys under 8 y/o. The technician did not properly connect the transmission linkage cable. After we went thru the trouble of getting the vehicle back to the dealer, we ask Adam (service) if they may have forgotten something. The response “I doubt it.” When we explained what had happened he still thought that it would be an unrelated problem. Turns out it they did make a mistake. Two days later the computer thru out several others stored and active indicators (check engine light). Turns out we had a bad transmission control they didn’t fix and misfires in cylinder 3. After we decided to give them ANOTHER shot to fix the issues they said would be ready at 1000 next day. We leave work mid day and arrive at 1145 only to find out that the vehicle could not be located. Only after Adam decided to return from lunch and hunt down the keys and vehicle, did they finally return our Jeep. At this point we had missed several meetings and would have to stay late to ensure OUR work was done ON TIME. This means our children will have to go to after school care. Not only did this poor service department cost us time, now they are also costing us MORE money. This place is a FAILURE. We will never return.
