Quick care (literally received treatment from an actual doctor 10-15 min after entering the door) during a pandemic. Proper safety protocols were clearly understood, enforced, and followed for everyone. I’m confident in the care that I received here twice. Once for a compound tibia fracture from a bike/car accident (guess which one I was) and an anxiety attack. Did I mention with the broken leg I’ve now hiked the Grand Canyon and some Of the highest mountains in Colorado? The doctors, surgeons, nurses, nurses aids, and ALL the staff are personable, attentive, never pushy, informative, and genuinely care for you and your overall being. As someone who unfortunately had their primary care doctor at a different system I’ve been thinking of switching that to Northshore too. I’ll gladly drive the extra 10-20 minutes to this place, even in an emergency to get what I need. Thank you for being a hospital that understand what patients really need is care over profits. Don’t go-a’ changing! While I hope it’d a while or never, but until we meet again soon.

My husband and I are with COVID, he’s having high fever for more than a week, we are at the emergency room waiting for more than 3 hours without no one seeing him! This is so disrespectful! If you are not feeling well, don’t come to this place!

Sending a more detailed description to the staff, but PA Bridget and Dr. Kim went above and beyond, listened to me very carefully, and ordered a test they typically may not have. They caught something there when another hospital may have dismissed it as a migraine and sent me away. I’m so grateful to them.

Evanston police blocked off the street to ridge. Blocking off the ER room from one way on ridge. That could mean life or death do I believe they deserve 1 star for their neglect from the Evanston police.

On 12/217 circa 2:30 PM my wife was in ER by Evanston FD; the care by Drs. Caputo & Brandon was exceptional; nurse \Kim\ & \Sara\ were great!!!!!
