Seriously. They've been amazing. Personable and low key relaxed so that the immense pain my friend was in was quickly addressed and while we were waiting for treatment had giggles with the staff. We appreciate their expertise, no nonsense diagnosis and treatment as well as the dad jokes!

I USED to say what a wonderful hospital this is! In the past they took excellent care of one of my loved ones. However, after my own personal experience in the Emergency Room last night, I cannot say that I was pleased. I reluctantly went to the ER alone 1/21/21 around 11pm having trouble breathing. The MD who \saw\ me was Whitney Robertson and not only was she incredibly rude and unhelpful, she didn't even acknowledge or HELP me at ALL. She listened to my back, slapped a BP cuff over top my sweat shirt, told me i have an infection and to rest. Then after i got a wonkey X-ray on my chest (which i never got the results for) they tested me for COVID which I had already been tested for a couple days ago (as I've been pretty sick the last few days). The staff was so unhelpful, i told Whitney Robertson about my medical history (she didn't listen to any of what i said)...did not even offer me a Nebulizer Treatment or anything to aide in my asthma attack. Then all the sudden some random lady came in with discharge paperwork and said i could go. Still having trouble breathing and ZERO answers to what was going on or what to do...then to top it all off, the very top piece of literature above my discharge paperwork was information on addiction and drug abuse! I do not use drugs and am SO offended. I may not have been wearing makeup and my hair was a mess but it was the middle of the night and I'm SICK. As a CNA and working in healthcare since 2009 i am just appalled by the lack of bedside manner and apathetic attitude towards patients (myself). Seemed like i didn't matter and on my paperwork it says i went in to be seen for a cough. I went in to be seen because i was having trouble breathing due to asthma (i suspected pneumonia). All in all - I will not be going back there again and I really think that staff needs help. Also the bed I was sat on was filthy.

I had a very pleasant experience. From check in and reception, to the nurses, paramedics and doctors, even from the check out staff that collect payments. Everyone was on their game. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. They truly cared for my well being and for that I appreciate all of you. A shout out to Oliver the paramedic in the ER who took extra time to go over treatment plans etc. He was super helpful and took the necessary time. Another shout out to PA Jonathan in the ER, overall great guy, very knowledgeable and he got the job done. I will gladly recommend this hospital for anyone in need. Thank you.
