Ultimately I moored my sailboat here for the summer and then gave the advance notice that I would be removing my boat for the winter time. I had a full 30 days till my boat need to be removed so after sailing out I had left my zodiac in the slip and would get it the following week. Unfortunately I received a phone call from the office saying that maintenance staff had picked up my zodiac and placed it in their storage yard. I was told that I needed to pick up at the storage yard but there were a lot of things that came up during the certain times they were open (including two deaths in our family)so I wasn’t able to. I also expressed the losses in our family and there was zero concern at all! Not long after I received a bill in the mail saying that I owe them 20 a month for storage! I just find it completely unprofessional that they would take my property prior to my lease being up and then charge me for storage! Upon picking up my zodiac I noticed that half was completely deflated from a hole in the Stern and one of the back wheels was missing and broken. Whether it’s a lack of communication on their part or some other excuse, I find it extremely inappropriate that they would take and damage my property and then charge me for storing it. I will not be renting a spot here in the future

Great guest moorage. New, spacious docks. Easy walking distance to most needs. Easy place to grab an Uber for whatever you want to do.

The port of Everett is a nice place for a walk on a sunny day. The scuttlebutt brewery, Anthony's, and other dining places make it a decent destination. Recently they have been developing the area with residential, and more retail. Hopefully they can keep the homeless out to make the visitors feel safe. Also, in the summer the roses along marine drive make it really nice for a walk at sunset. Highly recommend this place if your from the Everett area.

We were on the North docks and everything was pristine. The dock surfaces were clean and solid. The beautiful views from here are great too. The area is quiet as well.
