Dont even bother, with this company ,had awning installed,short time later rope broke,,75 charge short time later awning disintegrated called them, RESPONSE To bad 850 ,come on ,not like all the years father had the business, dont bother, they dont care

My parents have been doing business with you for about 30 years. That will end now if I have anything to do with it. We were told that you were coming out to install our awning days ago, but no one showed. Last week, it was \We should be out by the weekend.\ Again, no one showed, leaving us without an awning for our family's Father Day celebration. Same thing happened last fall when we waited weeks for you to come to take the awning down. The installer finally showed up today unannounced. When my 84 year old father complained about the service today, the installer told him to \shut up\ or he would leave without doing the work. We've spent literally thousands of dollars with you and this is how we get treated? The installer is lucky I wasn't home or he would have found his tools and himself on the street.
Eclipse designed and installed the awning for my store in Oak Lawn, Chimera's Comics. I don't want to sound cliche, but they were friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable. They made all the arrangements with the local authorities, made independent and helpful suggestions on the look, and did a quick and very affordable job. Trust me, I priced out every awning company in 25 miles. Don't take my word for it - I can honestly tell you every single customer, friend, relative, and neighbor in Oak Lawn has complimented my exterior signage. Thanks again!
I should have done this years ago. They did two awnings for us about 3 years ago and they still look brand new. Their prices were fair and they delivered when they said they would. They're quoting another job for me this week.
I bought my awnings from Eclipse over 15 years ago. Whenever I need a repair, they are friendly, efficient, and affordable. Excellent service!
