Always helpful, and yes you need to be patient as they are busy. Much easier than going to Portland to rent the same equipment.
Ty at the front desk was awesome. They were very busy, but he did a great job at balancing the many customers and phone calls, as well as helping me find what I needed, as well as having another associate load my truck with the heavy equipment. Looking forward to using them for all my future rental needs.
great service had what we needed at fair price
I've rented here for over 20 years, and the last three years with the new ownership they have been consistently rude and hard to work with not to mention expensive. there is no real competition in hood river but I'm done with them
