First, the people here are so sweet and management did what they could to make the situation right, but it took TWO MONTHS for them to replace my battery and fix the cable they broke in the process of doing so. Through this entire process (4 different ordered parts) I only received two phone calls and had to call myself to get updates (usually multiple times as they wouldn't call me back). I ended up with a new battery, a partial refund, and a phone that sounds like it's going to break every time it vibrates. This should have been a simple process that my friend who tinkers in his garage could do in 20 minutes. I get that staff turnovers are a thing, but no one should have to be the guinea pig for an inexperienced technician, and receiving a phone that just has a different problem than when you brought it in is not up to Apple's service standards.
