I've been here before but never received the lack of professionalism that I received today..The massage was the worst I ever had anywhere..I had to tell the lady she was hurting me at least 4 times, the massage was anything but relaxing..As I did not pay attention to the pricing as I came in, that massage was not worth 60..Then the listed tip price was 10.. As I was paying with my card I put 0 for the tip, she asked "No tip" I said no( which not with my card) and as I reaching to get the cash from my wallet(4because it wasn't worth a 10)she threw the receipt at me and mumbled something..So I didn't give her anything and walked out and I will NOT be returning..I would NOT recommend this place spend extra and go to Hand and Stone Massage and Spa down the street far better service and far more relaxing..

Gotta be honest, not what one would consider a REAL massage. I never thought Concord Mills would be so bad off to rent space to an operation like this. I went fora 60 min massage for 60 but only received a 5 min rub and an offer for a "happy ending" for 60 more dollars. Not difficult to figure out why 5 to 10 coloreds are waiting in line until the mall closes.
