Only 5 stars for this experience, I'd give it 10 if I could. Sam was my trainer, wow- Amazing. I was visiting from out of town and so wish we had one of these in Miami. I'll make this a must every time I visit the city. Ladies, exercising the face like you would your body makes all the sense in the world. Don't miss out on this experience.

Sam was my fave gym massage therapist. Sam was great- knowledgeable, friendly and hands down amazing. Loved my experience and would recommend . I manage marketing in the spa industry and Sams facial far exceeds other facials I’ve ever had.

They never disappoint when I say never I mean never!Jadi was my trainer she was amazing! Before you think about fillers or botox just go to The Face Gym. It’s a natural lift and you see the difference as soon as it’s done! You won’t be disappointed!

I received the express workout at this location and it was INCREDIBLE. I took a before and after picture and you can really see a difference just after one workout. I will forever be recommending the FaceGym to everyone I know. The staff was so nice and welcoming, everything was clean and my tech went over everything she did to my skin and made sure I was comfortable the whole session. 5 stars!!!

Guys! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! I went there 3 times. Did the signature twice and yesterday I had the game face. With the signature I actually only got like 15-20 min treatment, but I usually feel uncomfortable complaining but yesterday having a 275 treatment that is advertised at 75 min treatment and 15 consultation I really asked to speak to the manager. I was done with EVERYTHING in 55 min. There’s no such thing as a consultation first of all. That’s just pure BS, But my treatment was cut short 20 min!! 20 min!!! I asked the manager how is that possible and he said “I trust my employees that they know what they are doing and maybe your face was to sensitive” whaaaatttt whaaatttt!!!!! Honestly, just go get a face massage anywhere else because you will never get what you’re paying for. Oh wait, I also had an add on last minute which I paid like 80 for, and with that Included my entire treatment was 55 min!!!! Absolutely disgusting.

I had an amazing workout at FaceGym this week. I was greeted warmly at the door upon my arrival. My trainer checked in with me on the paperwork I filled out to make sure that she understood what I wanted. I did the new party face workout and the Vitamin Drip was unbelievable. I noticed an instant difference after the workout was complete. My trainer created a relaxing experience while working on my face and overall a great way to unwind and end my day. I Instantly signed up for another workout.
