I have been under the care of Dr. Blosser and Pamela Stenborg for over 10 years. Every encounter I have had with them and their office has been professional and personal. Most recently Pamela and Stefanie, one of their talented MA Care Managers, supported work with my insurance company to get a treatment covered. They provided them with the necessary documentation and my personal care plan and history that supported the clinical necessity of the treatment they were prescribing. They advocated for me and my health and kept me completely informed along the way. I trust them as my health care providers and appreciate all of their efforts and ongoing care.

Called in October, couldn’t get first consult until December. I scheduled my EGD/colonoscopy for January (6 weeks later was the earliest available) only to get a call to move it two weeks further because of a “scheduling error”. Finally get my procedure done on Jan 28th. Called for my recommended follow up appointment, can’t be seen until the end of March. I’ve never met the doctor except in the OR because my appointments are with his nurses. To top it off, I am a kidney failure patient who is active on the transplant list. I just got denied as an alert candidate today for a donor because this office told my coordinators at Walter Reed my pathology reports would take 4-6 weeks. Having working in medical administrative roles for 6 years, including at a cancer practice, I am well aware pathology reports don’t take that long. Please don’t come here if you have urgent issues, or need things done in a timely manner. Their lack of urgency cost me a kidney transplant today, and I will never return here or recommend it to anyone else.

During my recent visit, PA Dinh was superb. She communicated well, was knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and went the extra mile to insure everything was properly addressed and my follow on actions were clear. Great, productive visit with her and the whole staff.

Dr. Blosser is great and so are all his staff. I have had 2 colonoscopies and 2 upper endoscopies, all went flawlessly. Recently met with Pam Stenborg, PA and she was professional, personable, patient, and proficient. Highly recommend.

This group of individuals always take the time to listen and offer a solution to any issue I have had. I think of them as family and would recommend them to anyone. This even includes their online portal. I recently was out of town for a family emergency and had to use the portal for medical assistance. They responded within 24 hours and even called me to offer assistance. Great people!
