Replaced motherboard in my laptop a couple years ago, because it was not booting. Ultimately had to replace the power supply, but still charged for the motherboard. Willing to live with it, until the plastic tab in one of the USB ports snapped earlier this year. That port was barely used, and broke off rather easily. Was probably about a year after the repair, but \warranty\ is 90 days. Not at all happy with this.

I went in to check on my PC. Asked for the diagnosis to see what the problem with the computer was (Paid 60 for customized PC). I didn't get any notice for 3 days, so I called to check on them. They said they will call me back within an hour, which they did. Good until then. When I received a phone call, I was told they did the diagnostic test and everything was working fine, except motherboard or CPU or both. They said they couldn't test it so they didn't know which exactly was the problem. They asked for 1000 in parts and 225 or 250 for labor. If I was to change to different motherboard, cpu, and fan, it could cost total of 1050 including labor. It was too expensive, so I just went ahead and order the items myself to fix it. I changed motherboard and CPU, but it did not solve the problem. I changed it back to my older CPU and motherboard, so I could try to get refund for the items. I went ahead and tried different things (reset CMOS, use different wires, etc). I then found out it was just one simple RAM defect. I removed it and everything is working fine. They specifically told me my RAM, graphic card, SSD, HDD, etc are working fine. They just couldn't test my motherboard and CPU, so they said it was either or both of those problems. Glad I didn't ask them to fix it for 10501250.

Went in for a free diagnostic, only to find out that the service did not apply to custom built pcs. After paying for the 60 diagnostic, I recieved a call 3 days later to tell me everything was fine with the hardware. However, they wanted to try and replug in everything. Which was going to be another 160 charge and that this possibly couldn't even be the solution. This would total a whopping 220 dollars for a max of 10mins of labor. Would not reccomend going here, you are better off repairing the pc yourself with a few searches on google and when in doubt unplug and replug everything back in.
