Over the last 7 years, we have used Guardian Home Inspections for both pre-dry wall and final inspections on two of our newly built homes, and we are so thankful we have! We would not trust our homes with anyone else. Brad and Terry are amazing to work with. Brad goes through each inspection thoroughly, walks us through our homes and the items he has found, provides a detailed report on the same day, and is available to answer questions. Our family members and friends have used GHI as well, and we all couldn’t recommend them enough!

I had two home inspections with Guardians before, and they saved me from buying a remodeled home with many underlying issues. They provide comprehensive inspection reports explaining how to fix issues with photos, and the contractor you may need. Feel free to ask them any questions during inspection, they are very responsive and professional.
We had Brian Dressler perform two different home inspections for us. He is honest and straightforward and really takes the time to make sure you understand what he is looking for and what his recommendations are. On our first home inspection, Brian saved us from buying a house that had electrical issues, HVAC issues, and other problems throughout. On our second home inspection, which was in substantially better shape, he helped us feel confident with our purchase. Brian educated us on the house and explained what maintenance procedures should be performed. He also had answers to all of our questions, including pricing and remodeling questions.
I highly recommend Guardian Home inspections, but I specifically recommend Brian Dressler as your home inspector. He was absolutely amazing. During my home inspection, Brian was very thorough in explaining the process of the inspection and, throughout the whole process, took the time to explain any questions I had pertaining to the inspected items. He took the time to identify any issues with the house and provided expert knowledge from his years of experience. He was very detailed in the inspection report with a very quick turnaround, thus providing the ideal information for making a sound decision when purchasing our home. Again, I highly recommend them.
