They aren’t very truthful with their prices when signing up. I was told I only had to pay 100 installation fee with free equipment and 27.99 month. Technician gets here and said the equipment would be 699 and 59.99 a month. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY VERY SNEAKY!!!!!!!

I was 100% satisfied in all the service I received. The lady who called me when I requested a quote was very friendly and helpful. The response time was very quick too. When the man came to my home to install system, he was very friendly and professional. He explained everything in great detail. Overall, I am very satisfied with my decision to go with ART for my home security needs.
The installation was an absolute pleasure due to the friendly and helpful nature of my installing technician, Andrew. He took the time to explain everything and make sure I understood the installation process and operational controls of the system. He also presented my protection options in an inclusive, non-pushy way that helped me get the exact alarm that I needed for home protection. I couldn't be happier with ADT thinks to Andrew's service.
Not recommended, dishonest company!!! We were quoted specific price with specific equipment over the phone and we went over it 5 times before I agreed to leave a 100 deposit. 3 days later installers showed up and after review there was a difference in price that started from several hundred dollars and than it was negotiated down to 187 After over one hour of negotiations I still refused to pay any difference in price of equipment. Technicians were nice but they tried their best to add additional cost to install. After several phone calls to their supervisor ( and my call to the specific person who sold me the deal to which they hung up on me....) I asked them to remove what they installed up to this point, refund deposit and leave. I am very disappointed, it is not about 187 but there really needs to be fairness to consumers and there is not a whole alot of it from this company. I will go with another company and not recommend Protect Your Home or ADT to anyone.
The ADT installation process was quick and efficient. I called to inquire and an installation technician was at my home the following morning. The technician was extremely personable and very knowledgeable. He did a review of the home and made recommendations to provide the best security for our needs.
