The RV Park itself is well kept; however, you must read the fine print when it comes to rates. My husband and I planned to stay a month but something came up and we had to leave a week early. So we prepaid for a month and gave an additional 150 electric deposit which was supposed to be applied to what we used. So I told the park 5 days before we planned to leave early and it was never mentioned that we would be penalized for doing so! I never planned to get money returned but I never expected to be hit with an additional 100 fee and none of my electric back! This basically made this stay 590! When asking the manager about this policy she was rude and somewhat condescending! The other patrons in the park were very nice but we definitely won’t return! Very poor business practice!!

We just overnighted there but it was a nice place plenty of green space and nice facilities and friendly people.
Ok for a stop over for 1 night. 1 mile from restaurants. Due to covid the pool and hot tub are closed to short term residents. Walked on golf course in afternoon when there were no golfers out. We saw a young puma hunting about 100 yards away.
Nice, well kept park with long level sites. Satellite friendly but nice foliage nevertheless. Friendly, helpful host. Easy access from north or south off of US 281, 1 mile north of Falfurrius.
When in Falfurrious, Texas,This is best place for RV'ers for an extended stay or just over night. We spend our winters here. The owners, Carol and Mike are friendly and make sure we have everything we need to have the best experience possible. There are many people here that are from all over the United States and Canada. Very friendly people as well.
