Sandy's Estate Sales has no regard for the neighborhood they hold their sales at. Our neighborhood has been a nightmare all day with cars parking anywhere they can find to stop. We live in a small community and the neighbors are great. If Sandy would have taken 30 minutes at let us know the plan I think it would have helped. When I asked then why they didn't they had no answer. We ended up having to call the police. There must be a more professional company doing estate sales.

I am very pleased with the way Sandy conducted our estate sale. She's very professional and made sure I got the best price for our farther's belongings. If it wasn't for her and her staff, some of our fathers collectibles might of ended up on the Antique Roadshow. She will even tell you what you should keep and not sell ( I never knew the value of some items). I did not realize the effort they put into a sale. Such as, they tag everything, they clean out your whole house (that alone was worth it), they wash everything and spend days to display your items for sale. When the sale is over, they come back and vacuum your house, and box up what did not sell, and give you an itemized list of what sold. I now see the difference between a garage sale and an estate sale. Excellent job -- well done -- her staff are hard workers and knows their stuff

Sandy's places signs all over the roadways and on telephone poles, stop signs, all illegal. As she stated she had spoken with Mr Gundert who said it's okay to place them 10 feet off the road ..S.needs a measuring tape. Stop littering Fallbrooks Roadways
