Why didn't you stay open until the listed hours? If you choose to close early then why can't I make a deposit using your ATM machine? And why isn't there a direct phone number to this bank? You cannot choose to close early on the last Friday of the month, because that is HORRIBLY inconsiderate and bad business.

Not for mortgage loans! I am truly shocked at how poor the mortgage department is run. Regardless of the time of day or day of the week, if you have even a simple question about your loan, no one is available and they must call you back \sometime in the next 48 hours.\ The person who calls you back can't answer the question and will \look into it and call you back\ but I have never received a call back. I have tried to ask questions in person, but have had to leave after waiting for hours. The website is decent for making payments but you can't do anything else on it. Saw the company response and called the number - again. Waited 27 min on hold and AGAIN there is no one available, can't make an appointment, and have to leave your number for someone to call you back in the next 48 hours. Some people have to work! Can't wait to refinance away from this disaster.
