Cycling isn't a sport, really. It's a lifestyle. At Bikenetic, cycling is their lifestyle. Thanks to the Bikenetic staff for helping my daughter find the perfect gravel bike. They took the time to understand her needs and present some great options. Even with the shortage of new bikes out there, they had the perfect bike in the right size ready to take home.

Just found out picked up at this store for 'free professional' assemble sent directly from a big name bike manufacturer WAS A BIG mistake. Rear wheel spoke broke after 4 months of pavement riding and the (cones/dust covers/spacers) parts are not compatible and therefore can't be installed correctly. Too bad they didn't tell me at the time of pickup.

Such a nice shop. Friendly people who want to help. I walked and was helped immediately find what I needed for my riding style and budget. I went to other shops and felt like I was constantly being up sold. Not here! Friendly, helpful service and good prices. What else you need?

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, no fuss/honest quotes and quality workmanship, even for my relatively small job. I’ll definitely return after my first great experience. We are lucky to have them in the neighborhood especially during the pandemic biking boom.

I bought a Kona Mountain bike here several years ago. Had to bring it in for service today. I have an issue with the back tire popping often. Had been told at the shop before that it was bad luck and they made upgrades to and fixed the tire tube each time. Today there was some of that same talk about luck but not as much. Was shown that the tire was low even though it felt ok to the touch to me. I will start a routine as a result of my visit today of checking the exact tire pressure before every ride. 45 psi. Also that the valve stem is very straight and has not slipped. Service here is good and friendly. I hope they have solved the problem i have been having with this last visit to their shop.
